Living abroad is usually associated with adventure: a new place to discover, meeting new people, experiencing another culture. All these factors usually provide conflicting feelings. Please listen and repeat twice.

Vivir en el extranjero suele asociarse con la aventura: nuevo lugar para descubrir, conocer nuevas personas, experimentar otra cultura. Todos estos factores suelen generar sentimientos conflictivos o contradictorios. Escucha y repite dos veces.

I don't think I'd mind moving to a foreign country. The language is the only thing that I'd be worried about.

Diana:

Yeah, but wouldn't you miss your friends?

Nelson:

Sure, for a while, but I'd make new ones.

Diana:

You certainly sound very confident.

Nelson:

You know, actually, there is one thing I'd miss.

Diana:

What's that?

Nelson:

My dog!
