ACTIVITY 1:
Listen to ten "getting-to-know-you" questions and answer them with information about yourself. These questions are typical of the sort of questions the examiner will ask you in Paper 5, Part 1. Fill in the blank spaces with your personal information and then check the alternative answers.

FOR FURTHER PRACTICE:
When you have answered all the questions, think a little about your answers:
-  In what ways could you improve them?
-  Did you make any grammar mistakes which you can correct now?
-  Could you have used more precise or more interesting vocabulary?
-  Can you think of a better way of joining your ideas together?

Listen again the ten audio files and answer the questions all over again.
-  Were your answers better this time?
