BASIC BEER VOCABULARY |
There are two basic types of beer:
LAGER
(golden, bottom-fermented beer popular with people who don't
understand beer) and ALE (top-fermented beer. Not
lager). EXPORT: Better quality ale
which was exported abroad. REAL
ALE: Traditional
top-fermenting beers which continue to mature in the pub
cellar. |
