PLEASE
REMEMBER THIS:
1)
In
IF sentences and after WISH we usually use WERE instead of WAS. e.g.
If I were you, I wouldn't go to Praga. However, "if I was you" is
being colloquially accepted.
2)
After WISH we use the past for a present situation. e.g. I
wish I had an umbrella (I haven't got one and it's raining hard). |
POR FAVOR RECUERDA ESTO:
1)
En oraciones con IF y después de WISH usamos WERE en
lugar de WAS. Ej. Si estuviese en tu lugar, no iría a Praga. Sin
embargo, "if I was you" se está aceptando coloquialmente.
2) Después de WISH usamos el pasado para expresar una situación
del presente. Ej. Ojalá tuviese un paraguas (no tengo ninguno y llueve
a cántaros). |
