The Restaurant – El Restaurante

PRIMERA PARTE. Lee este texto (como mínimo dos veces) mientras escuchas con atención el audio.

THE RESTAURANT. The musician, Mr. Sohn, is in the restaurant with a friend, Miss. Hoch.

The waiter is giving him a menu, and he is going to order food because he is very hungry. He is going to order steak, potatoes, a salad, and wine. Miss. Hoch is telling the waiter to bring a hamburger, fried potatoes, and a beer. Miss. Hoch likes beer very much.

Behind Mr. Sohn and Miss. Hoch a group is playing and people are dancing. Miss. Hoch is wearing a new, long coat, but now she is going to put the coat on a chair, because it is very hot in the restaurant.

SEGUNDA PARTE: Ahora lee el mismo texto de arriba ya traducido el cual hemos desglosado en 6 audios. Escúchalos con atención y luego trata de imitarlos, repitiéndolos en voz alta como mínimo dos veces cada audio.

The musician, Mr. Sohn, is in the restaurant with a friend, Miss. Hoch.
El músico, Sr. Sohn, está en el estaurante con una amiga, la Srta. Hoch.
 

The waiter is giving him a menu, and he is going to order food because he is very hungry.
El camarero le está dando un menú y él va a pedir comida porque está con mucho apetito.
 

He is going to order steak, potatoes, a salad, and wine.
Él va a pedir bife (biftec), papas, una ensalada y vino.
 

Miss. Hoch is telling the waiter to bring a hamburger, fried potatoes, and a beer. Miss. Hoch likes beer very much.
La Srta. Hoch está diciéndole al mozo que traiga una hamburguesa, papas fritas y una cerveza. A la Srta. Hoch le gusta mucho la cerveza.
 

Behind Mr. Sohn and Miss. Hoch a group is playing and people are dancing.
Detrás del Sr. Sohn y la Srta. Hoch un conjunto musical está actuando y la gente está bailando.
 

Miss. Hoch is wearing a new, long coat, but now she is going to put the coat on a chair, because it is very hot in the restaurant.
La Srta. Hoch está usando un nuevo abrigo largo pero ahora va a poner el abrigo sobre una silla porque está muy caluroso dentro del restaurante.
