The Snow – La Nieve

PRIMERA PARTE. Lee este texto (como mínimo dos veces) mientras escuchas el audio y prestas especial atención al nuevo vocabulario en negrita.

THE SNOW. Today is Tuesday, November the 29th. The Gryn children are very excited because their parents are coming back home.

The children are waiting for their parents to come. They are outside, so they can see their parents' car. They have coats, boots, and umbrellas because it is winter in London, and it is very cold.

Today the sky is very grey and it is raining. Yesterday the sky was blue and the sun was shining. Tom is telling Jane that tomorrow it will snow.

SEGUNDA PARTE: Ahora lee el mismo texto de arriba ya traducido el cual hemos desglosado en 7 audios. Escúchalos con atención y luego trata de imitarlos, repitiéndolos en voz alta como mínimo dos veces cada audio.

Today is Tuesday, November the 29th.
 Hoy es martes, 29 de noviembre.
 

The Gryn children are very excited because their parents are coming back home.
Los niños de los Gryn están muy emocionados porque sus padres están regresando al hogar.
 

The children are waiting for their parents to come. They are outside, so they can see their parents' car
Los niños están esperando que lleguen sus padres. Están afuera así pueden ver el automóvil de sus padres.
 

They have coats, boots, and umbrellas because it is winter in London, and it is very cold.
Ellos tienen abrigos, botas y paraguas porque es invierno en Londres y hace mucho frío.
 

Today the sky is very grey and it is raining.
Hoy el cielo está muy gris y está lloviendo.
 

Yesterday the sky was blue and the sun was shining.
Ayer el cielo estaba azul y el sol estaba brillando.
 

Tom is telling Jane that tomorrow it will snow.
Tom le está diciendo a Jane que mañana nevará.
