Teens are numbers like thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen,
and nineteen. Tens are numbers like thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty,
and ninety.
Also, pay close attention when contrasting teens and
tens and listen carefully to understand the difference in
pronunciation between 14, 15, 16, etc. and 40, 50, 60, etc.
These are usually the most difficult pairs:
12 - 20 / 13 - 30 / 14 - 40 /
15 - 50
16 - 60 / 17 - 70 / 18 - 80
/ 19 - 90
In some statements on Part A, you will have to hear the difference between a
